The apartment has been completely renovated to be used for long rents.

This small apartment is perfectly organized internally to divide, even with creative solutions, the different areas of the house: a small entrance has been created, divided from the living room, with a low solid brick wall that, on the living room side, becomes tv cabinet; the small hallway connects the living area to a bedroom, with a wall behind the bed of great scenic effect, and a bathroom with a large shower in a niche.
The large terrace with new wooden cladding completes the house.

The soft colors of the floors and walls, with a touch of green color, create a welcoming and serene atmosphere.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
