The apartment has been completely renovated to be used for short term rentals.

The optimization and functionality of the spaces were the main objectives of the project.

The desire to create a welcoming and neutral environment, but with a touch of color in the furnishings and materiality in the choice of materials (exposed brick, parquet, white diamond tiles in the bathroom), was the line followed for the study of the interior.
A captivating style is essential to entice guests to book a stay.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
