The apartment has been completely renovated and then sold.

The creation of a small mezzanine gave the opportunity for this small apartment to expand and acquire value. The combination of the warmth of the wood and the linearity of the metal have given character to the house, enlivened by a touch of color in the furnishings.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
