The apartment has been completely renovated to be used for long rents.

The main objective of the project was to rearrange the interior spaces to recover the excessive square footage dedicated to the entrance and corridor, in addition to the creation of a second bedroom.

The new configuration makes the apartment suitable for a family: the modern and elegant style combines with a very functional and complete internal distribution for everyday needs.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
