By taking advantage of the House Plan, it was possible to extend this single-family villa located on the slopes of the hills above Santa Margherita Ligure, overlooking the gulf.

The extension has made it possible to internally create two small independent real estate units, giving the owners the opportunity to have an independent space for guests.
The works are completed, the creation of a stone staircase, the arrangement of the external spaces and the existing building.

I dealt with interior design, outdoor garden lighting design, construction supervision, artistic direction.
