The apartment has been completely renovated.

The main goal of the project was to create a second bathroom and renovate the spaces, preserving a 70s look.

The new configuration creates continuity between the kitchen and the living area, where the view opens onto the huge terrace and the amazing view over Milan.

The sleeping area is divided from the living area and meets the needs of the owner family.

The modern classic style, with the elegance given by the use of a high quality marble effect porcelain stoneware, and with a touch of color that gives the spaces freshness and hospitality, fits well within a residential complex from the seventies.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
