The house was in a good state of maintenance, but it was absolutely devoid of character and the rustic style of the finishes did not match that of the new owners.
The interior design focused mainly on the ground floor (living area) and bathrooms on the different floors.
The living area has been designed bright and spacious: the opening onto the kitchen, not visible from the entrance, however, is perfect for owners who often have guests at home. A small suspended bookcase creates a visual division between the entrance and the living room.
The play of false ceilings and shadows drawn on the walls, and the study of lighting, enhance the walls on which various works of art are hung. The furniture, essential and design, finally gives elegance.
I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
