The main need was to create the greatest number of beds, without sacrificing the comfort of the spaces, the creation of service rooms (closet, two bathrooms, ...) and a welcoming, bright and spacious living area.
The size of the apartment, its internal configuration and the large terrace also make long-term rentals possible.

The parquet flooring and a touch of color, combined with the interior decorations, give personality to the environment.
A captivating style is essential to entice guests to book a stay.
