The apartment has been completely renovated to be used for long rents.

The main objectives of the project were the creation of very spacious and bright rooms and a very elegant, slightly vintage style, enlivened by the bright colors of the entrance. The double living room is designed, in case of need, for future subdivision of the space into two rooms with the sole creation of an internal table.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
