The apartment was finished but required a deep customization as well as the renovation of the bathrooms which did not reflect the taste of the clients.

The apartment had a strong industrial character as it was the result of a conversion from an industrial building to a residential one,.

The stylistic choice was to make the "container" even more present, emphasizing the imposing beams with grey colour, and fill it with bright colors, light, thanks to an accurate lighting project, and lightness, thanks to suspended furnishings custom designed. The final touch is given by the mirrors and some pieces of art.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic management, construction closure and cadastral file update.
