The apartment has been completely renovated to be used for short-term rentals.

During the renovation, solid brick walls emerged: a strong presence that outlined the interior design. Bringing to light portions of the brick wall, combining, in contrast, in the furnishings and in the access staircase to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located, black metal, soft colors and the warmth of wood, gave a modern and welcoming atmosphere to the apartment. Hosts can call it "home".

The presence of very important internal heights gave the chance to create custom-made furnishing elements and captivating lighting to give them even more importance.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic management, construction closure and cadastral file update.
