The apartment has been completely renovated.

The small size and the plan shape did not allow for major changes to the distribution of the rooms but, thanks to the heights, the wooden beams, and the volume of the apartment in general, it lent itself to a real revolution .

The insertion of a coloured volume, illuminated both from below and from above, in the completely white living area has divided the space into different zones (entrance, cooking, dining and living room) as well as giving a strong character to the space. The interplay of volumes also appears in the bathroom, with the creation of a luxurious shower niche. The soft colours of the furniture and internal volumes and the white of the external volume give the spaces elegance and a sense of serenity.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic management, construction closure and cadastral file update.
