The apartment on the eighth floor was completely renovated in 2012.

In the meantime, the family has expanded and the need for space has increased.

In 2024, a portion of the apartment on the seventh floor was purchased and annexed, with a project that involved both real estate units (seventh floor and seventh and eighth floor).

As regards the two-storey apartment, the creation of an internal staircase allowed to move the sleeping area to the lower floor, and to expand the living area which has become, thanks to the large number of openings towards the outside, very bright. The style of the apartment was maintained and the interventions to the eithgh floor were limited, always keeping great attention to the final result.

I dealt with cadastral practices for deeds, architectural design, interior design, construction practice, construction and artistic management, closure of works and updating of the cadastral sheet.
